UniDoc a useful application which can be very helpful at quickly creating document templates for home or business use.

The program works as a database containing directories, subdirectories and files, so that you can very easily organize your templates. Now, you can create all sorts of document templates: invoices, paychecks, inventory notes.

The program contains input fields used for creating your templates: when creating a new document template, you can insert text, labels, numbers, currency, check-boxes, images, calculations. Additional input fields allow you to add text labels, buttons, groups or pages. All the input fields can be customized regarding their anchor, position, caption, description, size, etc.

The templates can be previewed during the creation process as well as before printing them out. The process of filling out these templates turns into a child's play, so that even persons without extensive computer use knowledge can find their way around company documents. One may find a little bit difficult to learn how to create a new document template, but the 'Help' section proved to be very useful and comprehensive. Once you have learned how to use it, this program may prove to be a very good solution for organizing and printing out all kinds of forms.

Pluses: You can prevent unauthorized access to the program by setting up user account protected by passwords.

Drawbacks / flaws: You can't manually resize the program window.
